These kitties were brutally tortured yesterday near Hard Rock Café and had to be put to sleep. The vet said all the cat's legs were broken and their bones were coming out the skin. They were left in pools of blood to die and one lady found them and took them to the vet. This is inhumane. If this can be done to helpless animals, just think what they might do to another human being.
Another psychopath in the making.
