Burning Man 2013 wrapped up Monday. Burning Man draws 50,000 quirky spirits to the Black Rock Desert in northern Nevada. The dusty landscape and eccentric participants make the seven-day festival look like the circus landed in Tatooine. Launched in 1986, the annual event welcomes attendees to construct a temporary community using art and "radical self-expression."
