They were pretty darn serious from what I could see. Keeping that huge crowd of protestors in order even though the protestors were moving out of the approved location and towards the National Assembly Building and then the Kuwait Towers was no easy feat. Remember protestors trashed the parliament not long ago. I was looking from our apartment window on to the Gulf road watching the masses and hearing their chants - I was just wondering if we'd get any sleep that night, I went in to the kitchen to get a cup of tea, came out to silence and no one on the street. Literally in 10 minutes the street was cleared of protestors and it was eerily silent.
Oh dear, I'm assuming the bottom photo depicts Security Forces? Are they taking the situation seriously?
