Acoustica consists of a guitar player/vocalist, bass player and two exceptional female singers performing a wide range of soft rock, alternative, reggae, jazz and other music styles with emphasis on strong vocal performance. From Christina Aquilera’s power balads to Corinne Bailey Rae’s soft, jazzy sounds to Aretha Franklin’s blues and soul classic Acoustica covers it all.
Members: Elie has been playing guitar and other stringed instruments for many years, most notably with Groovetones in Kuwait and several bands in the UK. Dejan is a bass player with Switchback (Kuwait’s #1 party band), and has been involved with various bands in England, Serbia and Kuwait since the early ’70s. They are joined by exceptional vocalists, Taahira Hera Smith, Serena Sharrock and Adriana Čordaš Al-Shammary.
