HH the Amir will raise the flag on Qaruh Island to mark the beginning of the official celebrations. They chose the island since it was the first Kuwaiti area to be liberated in 1991.
February 25th -A fireworks show and lightshow will be held at the Kuwait Towers.
February 26th - Air and land military show will be held on Sabiya road.
February 27th- A carnival parade on the Gulf road with over 80 vehicles.
Their route will begin in front of Marina Hotel and will end at the Kuwait Towers. There will be seating areas for the audience along the Gulf road including areas for people with special needs.
A military marine show will be held at Marina Crescent. (Date to be verified)
Apparently a booklet has been published in Arabic, English, and French with the schedule for the National Day Celebrations. Haven't seen it yet.
